In a civil lawsuit filed by Castro-Romo, U.S. District Judge James A. Soto “has asked both sides to present more information” after the trial ended in July, according to the Associated Press. The lawsuit “hopes to convince the federal judge that Canales was negligent in using deadly physical force against him and that the U.S. government is therefore liable for more than $13 million in damages”
I’m saying the border is wide open. We have found copies, or people along the border, have found Muslim clothing, they have found Quran books that are laying on the side of the trail. So we know that there are Muslims that have come across, have been smuggled in the United States.
